Wonderful service. The nice lady who helped us find a wig for my mother-in-law was helpful, kind and really knew her merchandise. They wig prices were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this store. A great experience.

Terrible service. I was diagnosed with cancer this year, needless to say I've been in the market for wigs. I have purchased several wigs here in the past and went in today to buy a few more. I was turned away because I did not have cash on me to secure a wig cap deposit (you have to pay $6 cash if you don't buy, $2 if you do). I strongly advise to take your business elsewhere - limited selection on top of poor customer service...there are plenty of other shops in the area.

I've shopped here for 12+ years for gifts, my personal beauty and soapmaking items like pure Shea butter. I have many neices and women in the family that enjoy receiving fun headbands, nailpolish, barretts, keychains, shiny costume jewelry, and more. My sister-in-law and her mother also come here for their wigs and products. They do a fashion show during family get togethers. They're very picky and only shop here or a good place in the city.
I was reading comments about racism. My in-laws are black and have absolutely no problem here. The male owner is quiet and a bit conservative, and the woman is very sweet and said that they're a lonely small family. They've watched me to be available, sometimes to ask if I need assistance, even though I've been here many times, but don't take it personally. That's their customer service. And if you're not stealing, you have nothing to worry about! They open up and are very helpful. As for not being allowed to give suggestions, maybe they felt it was their job to explain their product? But I can see the frustration of not being able to let loose while shopping. The wig selection might not be for everyone, but my picky family look great, wigs held up well with care and they like them. :)

We came here in search of a wig when my 10 year old daughter cut her own hair (eeek!). The shop owner was SOOO supportive, friendly, and profoundly helpful She offered several helpful suggestions that we hadn't even thought of! She couldn't have been more helpful! We'll be back!
