The guy who did my nails was very polite, but I asked for a coffin shape, and only the thumb and index finger have that shape. I also wish he would have cleaned up around the cuticle. But over all he did a good job. Definitely would recommend!! My sister goes there too, and gets a powder dip and it always looks AMAZING!!?
