Had an appointment, still had to wait 30 minutes before being seen. Woman who did my nails was very aggressive in how she would grab my hands and jerk my hands left and right. She drew blood on one of my cuticles. The acrylic was left to dry on the skin around 2 of my nails, causing a lot of pain and eventual cracking of the skin. The nails don't match between the hands, example one thumb nail is longer and thinner than the other. None of them look the same upon closer inspection. Very dissatisfied. Not worth the $45 I was charged.

Will never go back worst nail shop i have ever been to . Can not do a simple design .after the 3 try to paint design told the man to just put something on there i was so ready to leave .it was by far my worst experience ever .can follow a simple picture ..was told don't paint flowers can get any easier then that
