I don't usually write bad reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had at a nail salon. No, it was actually the worst experience. The man doing my nails asked me to pick my color 3 separate times while I was holding the color in my hand. He sat me down and began doing my nails, clipping my cuticles until they bled. I was told this was my fault because they were overgrown...the entire time he's doing this, he's on the phone. He put the base coat of the gel on 3 fingers, got up, and walked away to "take care of business." This "business" was him talking to his cell phone company, on his business phone, about an update on his PERSONAL cell phone. I sat for over a half hour before he finally came back. And yes, my finger was still bleeding. He quickly did my nails, telling me the whole time he had business to take care of and to not judge his work because of it. I had been at the salon an hour and a half and was the only person in there. At this point, I just wanted to get out of there. I did NOT want to pay, but I'm not that kind of person, so I gave the man my card. He then asked FOR A TIP! I politely declined and ran out as fast as I could. My pointer finger is now infected, swollen, hot, and has a pulse. My gel is also already starting to peel off because this man was not doing it properly. Please please PLEASE do not go to this nail salon. It is by far the worst experience I have ever had.

This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. My gift certificate,which had no experation, was not honored and then a staff member was screaming at me and it was totally humiliating. My friend was charged for my service and a tip was automatically added without her authorization.Needless to say, what happened was illegal and I hope that this doesn't happen to anyone else.

Worst pedi ever. Soaked my feet maybe 1 minute, rushed through rubbing my feet, and still have rough heels. 30 min total, including 3 coats AND dry time for GEL polish (which is 10 min alone). When asked about my experience, they seemed to not care about my dissatisfaction. DO NOT GO HERE.

I rarely give bad reviews but this one I could not go without posting. When i first walked in i thought the atmosphere was nice and as a valentines gift to my lovely man we came for pedicures, which werent too bad but not nearly as good as im used to. They were not very thorough and didnt make my feet feel like they should after a great one. Second i decided to get some acrylic gel coffin nails, which I adore. The man doing my nails did not prep my natural nail correctly, would not listen to me on how uneven they were and how i wanted the tip skinnier. He just said they were fine. The gel had bubbles and lumps in them and even after asking about it, he just looked at it and kept going. I asked for matte, they never became matte. Them things costed me a huge $60 and was not even worth thaat when i can go to polished and get them done for $47. Oh no, but thats not the end. The gel chipped after two days, one nail snapped after not even having them for a week from me picking up a tissue... seriously. After three weeks another broke, more continued to chip and they started to pop off. I ended up going to Polished to have them removed and the girl said they were super lose and i should be in a little pain having them removed when I had none. Neededless to say, if you want those nails that have you looking on fleek and like you care about where your money goes, do not get them done here.
