Erin does an amazing job. She’s done my hair and I’ve taken my daughter for her to do because she’s so trustworthy, charming, and amazing at her job. Since I’ve gone here, I don’t go anywhere else.

Awesome salon! They have a variety of services. They are very fair with their prices. A extra plus, they serve drinks!!!

I have been their customer since I moved to Boynton Beach. I went there last week with my friend for manicure and pedicure. Very Disappointed! Not only they did not take credit card payments, stating that their credit card was broken, but they charged every customer additional $5 cleaning fees. What does that that mean???? Did they not clean the place prior to the pandemic? I understand that they lost a lot of business while being closed, but they are not the only ones. I asked for regular manicure and I advised against it as I was told that the manicure would only last less than one week. I opted for gel manicure but I was not too happy about the quality. Four days later, the polish started to peel. I called the Tipsy Salon on Saturday but I was told to come in on Sunday as they were busy. Could not get there sooner as I am essential personnel and very busy in the recent days. Today I went there and spoke to the young male behind the counter. Very rudely he asked me about for the name of the person. I pointed out to him that it should be in my records as I didn’t remember his name and most of the personnel was new there.Then he proceeded to ask me what color # I used. He rudely replied that he needed color#. When I asked for the supervisor he initially told me that he was the one. I told him that I need all my nails examined and correct all nails as most of them started to peel. He said he could do that but he needs to charge me. When I insisted that they redo the manicure at no charge, and he fessed up that he was not a supervisor and he couldn’t do that. He gave me supervisor’s email and told me to wait. He never came back to talk to me, for almost 30 min he totally ignored me. Meanwhile, I emailed the supervisor, but I am yet to get the response. I approached another person and explained to her my situation. She listen but did nothing to help me. She told me that it’s almost a week and the gel manicure lasts 1-2 weeks. I told her that my lasted less than 5 days. She was not interested. I usually don’t complain, but this is outrageous. I work in customer service and such a behavior would never be tolerated!!!! That been said, I will no longer go there, neither will my friends.

my daughter got completely took advantage of when she went there. they gave her the wrong colors, they were on their phone the whole time, and in the MIDDLE of doing her nails, the nail lady started clipping her own toenails, which is very unsanitary. i am not pleased and i do not recommend going here. venetian nails are right across the street from tipsy and are so much better.
