Went here for the first time today to get my acrylics re-done and I was pretty pleased with the service. Everyone was very nice and I only had to wait a few minutes before I was attended. It’s a very pleasant atmosphere that looks clean and the prices are affordable. I will definitely be coming here for my refills.

I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE FOR ABOUT 5 TIMES THE ONLY GUY THERE DID MY NAILS, HE HAD DID THEM THE MONTH BEFORE TOO, NO PROBLEM, BUT I WAS DISPLEASED WITH HOW HE TREATED ME WHEN I SHOWED HIM GEL THAT WAS HANGING OVER TO MY SKIN & I SHOWED HIM THAT MY THUMBS WERE NOT THE SAME LENGTH, HE GOT AN ATTITUDE AND TRIED TO MAKE AN EXCUSE WHEN I SHOWED HIM, HE FIXED IT. I ASKED HIM WHEN HE FINISHED WAS HE HAVING A BAD DAY, HE SAID NO, I TOLD HIM, WELL I COULDN'T TELL. I WILL NEVER ALLOW HIM TO DO MY NAILS AGAIN BECAUSE, IF I AM YOURS CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD CORRECT WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUT AN ATTITUDE. FOR THIS REASON I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. ASK FOR SANDY IF YOU GO THERE

I have been going to the The Nail Shop for years on and off. Been through a few owners. Tina and Tony are the owners now and they do amazing work. They make the environment relaxing. I give them a 5 star rating because everyone I’ve taken with me usually say good things about there experience. They have few employees now but I will always prefer Tony or Tina to do my full sets because they just do them exactly how I like it. Thank you Tony and Tina.

I will never go back to this place, the owner too ARROGANT. I left there with two lacerated finger and a bleeding thumb, even-though I showed the owner he didn't care, not an apology, he did not even asked what happened? he only concerned was that he wanted to charge me $40. when the cost of getting what I got is $30. Ripped off. I told him you can keep my $10, but you lost a customer. I do not like to take my business to people that only want my money without being concerned if they provided a good service. I would have given them a "0" but it wouldn't have let me post it.
