So disappointed in our visit today. The receptionist showed a classic case of age discrimination. My 2 daughters walked in signed in and were told that one of them would have to wait. I walked in after parking the car and was taken immediately . Hmmmm. RUDE. I thought it was just a mistake they waited over 40 minutes. I was done and they had taken 4 other walk ins skipping over my girls who are over 18. I guess if you are under 30 don't go here. They took my one daughter after we spoke up the other will be leaving a review she left. Better yet I believe 30$ for a fill is outrageous especially after wasting over 2hours of my day. $70 total for horrible service is not worth it your receptionist or check in girl is RUDE and biased. When you make an error YOU SHOULD APOLOGIZE AT LEAST.

Nails Now is my favorite nail salon! I've been a patron of Nails Now since 2000 and I have never been disappointed by their services. Had a no chip manicure and pedicure two days ago and Tina, as always, did an amazing job. The salon is spotless clean, beautifully decorated, and they always have a huge variety of fresh, high quality polish. I live in Chicago now but I literally drive to Mundelein just to get my nails done here!

I've been going here for over 10 years. The ownersTommy and Michelle are really nice people. They take care of their customers and have created a lovely space.

Unfortunately I will not be returning to this nail place. When I originally went it the staff were amazing. A couple hours after my pedicure one of the nails chipped and the staff had no problem fixing it. 2 days later not only did my toes chip again but the no chip on multiple nails chipped as well. When I went in to have it fixed the staff rushed me through the process after I offered to scheduled an appointment for a later day in the week, only to have my nails smudge and chip yet again. I am very unhappy with the services I received and disappointed in how I was treated. Hopefully you do not have the same experience as I.

I’ve been coming here for years and always enjoyed their serivices. Normally I wouldn’t bother writing a review but since my nails are chiped 2 days after getting them done I decided to leave one.
I got a pedicure, dip manicure and eyebrows. Paid about $65 (can’t rmemeber the exact but know I tipped 20% and left $13). Pedicure was very quick, they didn’t cleanunderneath my nails and didn’t trim anything but did a little filing (not on every nail either). This was my first pedicure in a very long time so I’d expect it was all needed much more. I didn’t bother saying anything because like I said they usually always do a great job.
Went to get my manicure and again they didn’t clean under my nails, didn’t push the extra skin up on my nails. She only filed them. When getting the dip done obviously powder gets everywhere and I’m used to at the end when they ask me to go wash my hands before they apply lotion and she didn’t asked me to do that either. Instead she put lotion on with all the specs of color powder and filing dusts. It felt super grainy and when I left the color of the nail dip powder was smeared all over my hands and forearms so I had to scramble that clean when I got home.
I felt super rushed even tho I made an appointment days in advance and now 2 days later my dip powder is chipping off at the tips on almost every nail. The clear coat that was applied at the end on top peeled back the day after on a few of them and now a few of the nails have no shine. Dip powder lasts very long and I’m bummed that I have to have a bad manicure for my vacation and I am debating on going to a new place to get this one removed and a new dip done.
