I have never seen a place so unorganized. They take forever to get to you in the waiting room even when you have an appointment and don't seem incredibly apologetic. They take an hour and a half to do the same thing they always do to my grandmother every week. I'm not really a fan of this place but as long as my grandmother continues to want to go I will take her
