I really like coming to this beauty supply store because I can find everything I need here - always! I've been coming here for a couple of years now and have never had a bad experience. It's a tad bit tight at this store but that's not an issue for me. The customer service is good too. They have workers on the floor who actually are hair stylist to assist with product information and suggestions as well. I'm a happy customer and will continue to come to this location for all of my beauty supply needs.

Grrrreat...local beauty supply store. The 2 girls who work the wig and weave area...are young polite extremely helpful and know how to give you what you came in looking for.. I was so impressed that I've returned again and again.
It was my best kept secret..but now I'm sharing it! Sharing is caring ❤

If I could give 0 stars I would I purchased human hait clip ins from this beauty supply. I absolutely hated them they were super thin for $110 dollars. So I take them back to exchange them the next day during business hours for something else the guy that sold them to me tells me that he can't take them back because they've been opened. How else would I know they were super thin unless I opened them? Now when he sold them to me he knew for sure they were think for all this money. Nowhere on the receipt does it say anything about clips in not being able to be exchanged. I asked to speak to the manager he tells me the manager isn't here he can't reach him. Mind you horrible customer service all together. Now I have to get the City of Chicago and my lawyer involved now. Word of advice do not go to this beauty supply they're horrible. I even asked him to write my number down he barely wanted to do that all I wanted to do was exchange or get my money back and it was only a 1 day time spand. I'm pissed calling the City or Chicago to come out and also my lawyer. How does the worker not have his managers phone number? DO NOT GO TO THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY

A good beauty supply store with a huge variety of beauty products (weave, wigs, hair care products, make-up, etc). I felt the prices were kind of pricey on some things (bought some Frizz-Eaze serum) that was $8 when I could have gone to Wal-Mart or even Walgreens and gotten it cheaper. I would definitely go here again because they have things that I just can't get where I live and the staff are really nice and helpful.
