Went today for a manicure, ended up not being an awesome manicure but that's NOT the issue i have with this place of business. My total came up to $40 my card was ran & i left no tip because the service was mediocre (i shouldn't have to explain that) but anyways, by the time i get to my car my card has been ran for $48. As i went back in to ask why, she told me that was my bank that did that & if it didn't come off in a few days i could return to get my money back. It's the PRINCIPLE of the matter! no establishment should do that ever. Very dissatisfied & will spread the word about them adding money on transactions.

My sister and I called the day of to make an appointment at 12pm for pedicures and manicures with powder dipped nails. They were very busy when we arrived, but everyone was working hard to make sure they could accommodate everyone that was there. They had several people walk in while we were there and they quickly informed them there was a wait, and it would be best to come back at a later time. Everyone was very understanding except for one extremely rude client, who was very demeaning to the staff and left. The only thing she accomplished was making herself look ridiculous. The staff handled the situation well, and were all a joy to be around. Tracy was fabulous and extremely friendly. I will definitely be back on our next Pawleys visit!

Enjoy the pampering and coversation with Kim. Got a fench manicure pedicure, lasted a long time. Can't say much about the hand nails: guess I should have gel.

Me and my husband went to get a pedicure. His was awesome. He had a young lady and she new what she was doing. I had an older lady and she was horrible. Did not even clean under my nails, did not even scrub my feet. You could tell she had no clue what she was doing. She had to get up and get stuff like 3 different times. So dissatisfied and will never let her touch my toes again. My sister had this same lady and hers were horrible also.
