Went in for a manicure and pedicure while visiting from out of state. Horrible job. They put on too much polish which caused it to bubble up. I told the tech and she acted as tho she didn’t understand. So I let it go. Before I went to put socks on I asked for drying spray and they basically lied and said they didn’t have any. What salon doesn’t have drying stray?! After putting my socks on the bubbled up too much cheap polish was everywhere. They didn’t care.

I am completely in love with this place. Today was the first time I've ever visited and I am extremely impressed. A young man did my pedicure and a woman named Sarah did my fill in. I stopped here a year ago (when I first moved to the area) and I’ve been coming ever since. My nails are always pretty and they last. And they serve wine...so...😊 update 8/2/2020: After not getting my nails done for a while, I stopped in and received a full set from Leo. He was nice but he did a horrible job, as soon as I walked outside into the sunlight I saw the problems. When coming back in, first I was told that I messed my nails up, which would be nearly impossible on a gel set that was dried before I left. The acrylic was poorly applied. They are bulky and uneven. Some parts of my real nail don’t even have acrylic on them. I stated so, yet Leo insisted that it was the polish that “I messed up”. I reluctantly allowed him to redo the polish which (surprise) did not fix the problem. When I spoke to management, they bluntly stated “no refunds” and kept staring at my nails, as if THEY DIDN’T SEE THE PROBLEM. Other ladies in the shop could also see how poor of a job was done. I let management know that I would be leaving a bad review WITH PICTURES, and that changed their tune. They gave me a $20 bill (I paid $50 through Cashapp) and I will not be returning. I took time (and money) to have a relaxing day and I am appalled by the way they undermined my intelligence (and EYES) by seeming that my nails were “fine” and trying to make me feel like I caused the problem. I’ve been getting my nails done for 15+ years and I hope you can see the problems I have with this full set.
