They must put first day students on the floor. Girl had no idea what to do. Then after she did my jighlights, I heard her ask the teacher about my hair. I heard the teacher say, it will blend in. They never told me anything. When i got home, my family told me and took pics of my hair

My wife went there again today like she usually does and after asking the girl to be more gentle as she was tugging on her hair a little too much she was accused of being a chronic complainer and advised she is no longer welcome. This conversation took place involving the director Marsha. I am still in awe about this. How could someone who is trying to instill customer relations to students who will be dealing with the public in their career (hairdressers ) be shown that this is how you deal with customers. I plan on filing a formal complaint but I like many of you base my decision on doing business with someone not through trial and error but based on the feedback of others. Everyone has a bad day but for the director not to show professionalism in the eyes of her students is worrisome.

I got a really great haircut (with shampoo and blow-dry) for only $8! I went back for a European Facial which was so relaxing and left my skin glowing for only $19. I would rate it 5 stars but every time I've been in the people on reception seem completely confused and disorganized, also the ambience is lacking to say the least. But for the price, I'm not complaining!
