I absolutely loved my experience at Ci Ci Nail Salon. The Nail Bar is beautiful and so relaxing. My nail technician was very knowledgeable and he gave me the exact service I asked for. I love my nails. I highly recommend this nail salon if you are in the Universal City or Live Oak area. I can't wait to come back .

Absolutely amazing service! Came in on lunch break so needed fast was only going to do my nails to save time but Kevin insisted that I do both and that they would it at the same time so I could do both. Kevin does amazing ombre for your nails, I recommend this to anyone. You can also enjoy some great beverages while getting pampered.

Went with my sister to get manicures and was super happy with the results! She and I never get manicures so the staff was helpful at explaining the different types available and what would be best for us. The place was very clean, the drinks are delicious, and they were quick but proficient. Its a very large salon as well, so social distancing from other customers was easy. We will definitely be back.

I had a wonderful experience. I was a walk-in and was treated wonderfully, even though I came in later in the day, they did not rush. Very kind and friendly staff that is amazing at what they do. I will absolutely be coming back.

I’ve been doing my own nails since the beginning of the pandemic but decided after the hellish week we’ve had to go and get them done. This was my first experience at Cici and I was incredibly impressed. Kevin was seriously efficient, sometimes working on three people at once! He also told me I’d done a really great job doing my own dip manicures which put a huge smile on my face :) I will definitely be coming back!
