@@Came across this nail salon after seeing so many great reviews . I walked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk and seated quickly to do my nails. With my luck, it turns out I actually got she doing my nails! She's awesome!! Great personality and makes you feel very welcome in her salon. She told me her goal was to have everyone coming to get their nails done feeling like they were family. And that's exactly what I felt! Loved how she makes the effort to make conversations with her clients and she does a fantastic job with nails too. I'm sure the other nail techs also do a good job. The place itself is very clean and well-kept. Service did not take too long and the quality is great. I would definitely recommend this place. It's gonna be my new go-to spot!!

Their customer service isn't very good. The day I had my nails done there was only 2 employees. The girl that did my nails after she was done she talked on the phone the whole time while the guy was doing my nails. The bad part she got a customer and was still on talking on tge phone. It was so very annoying. I went back 2 days to have one nail redone. The guy had one lady soaking her nails he could have done my one nail but instead stayed in the back hiding. I waited an hour till he was done. I don't recommend this place any more. The times I have was here before they have done an excellent job and very professional. I guess he didn't like it I had him redo my nail because he didn't do it right the first time.

Nam is the sweetest person. I had a bad experience my first visit and he personally called me and came in on his day off to fix my nails. he's so understanding and his customer's satisfaction is truly important to his. It's nice to see a business owner care so much about her customers. Thank you again Nam or taking the time to understand the situation and to make it right.💝

I went a week ago to get some coffin matte nails and I was attended to quickly and politely. The guy who did my nails did a great job and it's my new to go place!

Wow I'm impressed! This salon understands customer service. The technicians were extremely careful, detailed and took their time. Excellent shellac manicure and pedicure. I think I found my new nail salon!
