Every time I have gone here I have left not LOVING my nails. Yesterday I went in to get Halloween nails done. The tech told me he could do the design. After he put the gel set and base color on, he then said the design wasnt possible. He also flooded my cuticles with gel polish. I felt like he was very rushed. It's very expensive here and I except my nails to be A1 for that price. The design I wanted him to do was very simple as well. This was not my first bad experience here, I have been sat down and forgotten about along with other things. I will be finding a new nail salon to go to.

The lady I had was very very sweet, but oh my goodness I've never had a gel manicure come off so quickly. The nails started to chip the DAY after I got them done. I was always under the impression that this salon was very high class based on how expensive it is, but unfortunately I was wrong. My nails completely peeled off within 4 days. Like I said, the customer service was great, but the product was not. After speaking to others after this experience, they had the same issue. I'm just very shocked.

I loved the patience of the lady that did my client's nails. She really thoroughly took her time with her. We will be back soon.

My bridal party went here 2 days before my wedding for gel manicures and pedicures. We made appointments weeks in advance, but were at the salon for 3 hours and did not get to sit next to one another while getting our nails done. It was as if we did not make an appointment. The gel peeled off within less than 1 week for everyone. We called the salon to see if they could offer us another manicure and they said that they could not because a week had past. I can say that this is the first bad review I have written in like 5 years. I just don’t want other brides to have this experience when many family members are traveling from out of town for these special moments of getting pampered before the wedding.
