Every time I go here they are always so nice and have the best solutions!
For our wedding our dog was our ring bearer but we couldn’t find a nice dress online that would fit her. So we bought the largest size we could find and Express Alterations and Tailoring was nice enough to size her and add a band - it came out so perfect!
As silly of a request as this was, they were not hesitant to help us make this happen! For being a dog dress, it really was so beautiful!!
Our dog was comfortable the whole time. Nothing was too tight on her and it fit her perfectly.

I had a lovely experience with this company. Their quality, prices and timeliness far exceeded my expectations. They tailored my very ornate wedding dress as well as my husbands suit, the father of the grooms suit, mother of the groom dress and sister of the bride dress. After the experience I had with them I recommended everyone to take their business to them. Thank you to the entire team who made me feel comfortable and confident the entire time. The last place I had taken pants to get hemmed, Quality Plus Cleaners, turned all three pairs of my new jeans into men's bell bottoms, ruining them just before a vacation and charging me a priority fee to do it in under two weeks. I should have gone to Express Alterations. I had seen them but at the time thought they only did dresses and gowns, based on the photos. Nope, they do it all, including the mundane, and at reasonable prices, too. Express did an excellent job on my three pairs of pants, charging $20 for each pair, and they were ready to pick up within the week for no additional cost. The staff were friendly and efficient too. I'll be back for all my tailoring needs and have recommeended them to my family. Thank you!

I’m leaving this review a couple years late because today is the day I threw away my $3000 20 minute worn wedding dress. It reminded me of the hell that was caused by this alterations business. First off, like most in the reviews, my husband and I needed quick alterations to our dress and suit because we decided to elope and it was a quick process from finding the dress, ordering a suit and getting it fitted. We spent over $4000 between my husband’s suit and my dress. We found express alterations. We showed up and they took us right in. They weren’t very communicative during the process. Kinda did what they thought was right. But I was desperate and trusted them as I’ve never had alterations to this caliber done before. We picked up our items a week later and a day before our flight. We didn’t have the courage to try anything on as we didn’t have any other choice at that point. The day of our elopement, my husband couldn’t get his arm through his jacket. It was completely sewn shut. A groomsmen had to rip apart the silk and his cuff and fold it in with stings hanging out all over the place. My dress came up past my ankles and was now too short. And since they not only cut the fabric all the way up and never replaced the grip or weights that was in the original design of the dress, there was no way to put the fabric back. Im posting a photo to show how the bottom was finished to show they cut the fabric with barely a quarter of an inch of fabric left. It looked ridiculous. Furthermore she took the hips in so much that the once mermaid look I had is now gone with the shape of the dress. It’s just a pencil. We did the ceremony, I was embarrassed and didn’t feel like the beautiful bride I’m sure most hope to feel. As soon as the ceremony was over I changed out of the ill fitted dress and into a basic dress and still felt more confident in my green palm covered dress during my reception.
It took me this long to write the review because I didn’t want to address the amount of money I wasted when this alterations company destroyed my dress. And even managed to destroy my husband’s $600 suit jacket.
I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy and am surprised at the positive reviews as they managed to screw up both of our items.

So happy with my wedding dress alterations! Not only is Katie extremely talented she is also a joy to work with!
She is super friendly and knows exactly what is needed with out you having to tell her.
My gown is made by Lover’s Society and needed to have the hem done, and hip taken in for that hour glass look. It fit like a glove when Katie was done! She got it done with in my short time frame and for a good price. Also love how she did the bustle on my dress. It was absolutely perfect!
My bridesmaids had their alterations done here as well. Everyone’s dress turned out great!
My husband had his suit done here as well. Looked perfect!
I will never go to another place for alterations again. This is the BEST place.
