My daughter loved her new set of nails by Kenny, she is very picky. He didn't rush and he did an excellent job! Highly recommend!!!!

I have never met a more unreasonable business owner.
I received a $60 gift certificate to Nail Fantasy with an expiration date of 4/27/2020.
Due to Covid-19 I was unable to use it until the middle of July.
When I talked to the owner about honoring it he said he would give me 50% of the value because his gift certificates are good for 6 months and I had plenty of time to use it.
I reminded him that he wasn't even open for that full six months due to Covid-19. He stated he was only closed for 1.5 months and again "You had plenty of time to use it". Then asked if I wanted to use it or not.
I told him that during these times I felt that he needed to be kind and flexible and I felt like he was stealing $30 as he had already been paid for the services and it wasn't an unreasonable amount of time had passed.
There was no changing his mind and he gave me $30 towards my $70 bill. I told him that as a courtesy I was letting him know that I would be leaving reviews accordingly. He said "Thank you".
Needless to say he lost a future customer.

0 stars if I could. Not only were they EXTREMELY rude to me and my family, but everything was also over priced. Over $100 just for me alone and 6+ people had an appointment at the same time. We got out of there 4 hours later mostly sitting waiting to be next when it was a booked appointment. INSANE. I won’t be coming back here. Your customers keep you in business remember that!! Learn how to treat them and do your job without having mean/rude comments to say.
