I have been a customer of james for quite some time
I always tip and he does a great job, I called before I went and he said he had 3 or 4 right then and to come in 3 hours I got there at 7:06 no one was in there only him and he said he wouldn’t take me. They take the last walk in at 7. It would seem as though since I’m a repeat customer that he would accommodate me but clearly that wasn’t the case, needless to say I won’t be back.

I got a fresh set in November, I get Acrylic nails. Never have I gotten gel or anything else. I went in today for a **Fill** and she told me all my nails were not strong and they were breaking as she was working on them so she took them off and said I’ll give you a fresh set, Sure, whatever. As she’s doing my nails, I noticed she’s not putting on a fake nail as I’ve ALWAYS gotten, she continues to give me GEL as I’m saying NO, I want my regular nails that I’ve always gotten for 10+ years, So as we’re getting done, They’re GEL nails, with Acrylic polish on top & $35 dollars later. I don’t care about price but if I wanted it, not her. It’s always do as the CUSTOMER says! Not what they want to do.
I DO NOT recommend this place at all! They want that MONEY! That’s all that places cares about.
I will be finding a new nail salon to go too.

I tried this place for the first time and I am so happy I went there. Just a few days prior to going here I went to a different salon and they messed my nails up so badly. I got a full set of acrylics and they were awful. So I went into this salon and asked them if they could fix them. The tech not only fixed my nails but he made them look 10x better than i’ve ever had before. They were quite busy when I went in so i did wait for while but other than that i was so happy with the result. Thank you so much Woodhaven Nails. They are super helpful and didn’t try and push for me to pay for a new set. They just fixed them and charged me for a fill! I will definitely go back!!
