Horrible… it was my very first time going and was there with a friend who comes here often. We had our appointment for 10. They attended her first and told me they wouldn’t take long to attend me. As other people came in they’d attend them but had me sitting waiting. It wasn’t until 11 that someone was about to do my nails. I had lost all excitement to get my nails done I had been sitting there for a whole hour waiting and I wasn’t about to give up another hour of my time. After I left they had told my friend that we had set up our appointments for 11.

I’m really disappointed in my experience here. I got SNS with tips. I showed the person what I wanted which was nude nails with different colored dots. My nails are nothing like I wanted. I also asked for almond shape and it’s not almond shape on some of the nails. My nails are very rough looking and the design looks awful for $55 (the dots are ovals). Oh wait did I mention I’ve had these nails for 1 week, and two of my nails are broken. On the other nails the tips are peeling off of my real nail. Everyone was friendly, but I don’t like that I paid that much for such a bad outcome.

I had an appointment scheduled with Tine which did not go so well, she was very rude and unwelcoming. This was my first and for sure will be the last time coming here. Prices are very high for their cheap service. I do not recommend this place.

I absolutely love this nail salon. Tina is my by far favorite, I always go to her & she always has me leaving with the prettiest nails.

Extremely rude customer service, I do not recommend this place. Stay away! Very very very rude! They need to learn how to speak to customers and prioritize them.
