I was hesitant to visit since all the reviews were not so positive but I have to say after 2nd visit I'm happy to write the review- it's been a great experience both times and my gel polish stayed on the nails for the entire 3 weeks without peeling off! Steven did a good job!

The experience I have had with this salon is great although I have only had my nails done with Helen. She is great. She takes her time, very detailed and does her best to accommodate your requests. I have had no issues with making appointments or with a bad nail job. I have tried other nail places in the Ponte Vedra and Jax area, and this is by far the best nail job I have had.

My previous experience was the same as everyone else. Not a positive one. However I went back because I found out Steven Tran works there now and he is by far the best I have ever used. I went to him when he owned nails so happy in fruit cove. He sold his shop and took off for awhile but he is back. I could not get one decent SNS service. My nails would break, crack and separate from the overlay. This would happen within days of the fill. Everywhere I went was the same until I found Steven. Go there and only use him if you want great nails.

This salon has a few good people that do a very good job on manicures and pedicures, especially Helen.
However, the rest of the staff that answers the phone to book appointments and the owner and manager are beyond rude.
Sorry I do not speak your language!
I doubt this salon will remain once their lease is up!
Hope the owners of this building find a better tenant who offer these same services with a much better caring owner and staff.
It is absolutely amazing how little the owner and manager care about the success of their business, but most of all how little they little care about their
customers.

I agree with others who say that a few here are good, but the rest are horrible. I've gone at least three times and was never thrilled with the quality of the work. The last time I went, I got a hot stone massage and was burned. I was nice about it, and was even going to go back with my daughter (not for hot stone!). We were less than ten minutes late for our appointment and they rudely told me in front of everyone in there that I should have called and should come another time. I called later to ask to speak to the owner and was told "they not here. they never here." It shows.
