VSL Nails left a nasty taste in my mouth from their terrible service, so I hopped on over to American Nails to give it a try. No only was I extremely happy with the outcome, but Grey made the entire process absolutely fantastic. She was so friendly, she made she I was comfortable, she politely asked if anything hurt or was uncomfortable, and she went above and beyond to match the colors I wanted. I will definitely be setting up appointments with Grey from here on out. All the other nail techs seemed so friendly. Everyone spoke to me and welcomed me. I want to thank Grey for her absolute professionalism, and thank the salon for having great customer service.

At 5:22 pm. I called to see if the salon was busy and what would be a good time to come for a pedicure. I was instructed to come at 6 pm. I arrive at 6 and ended up waiting until 7:22 pm. By that time, I was frustrated and wasn't confident that I would receive a quality service since the salon was now closed. I left and will not return. This is not the first time that I've had an issue with this salon. I don't need to speak with a manager. This is just a warning for others.

Was greated instantly upon arrival
Waited about 15 minutes. Technician was polite and very quick. My nails look good but my feet could be better. Paid 85 so not bad . Lots of color choices

My pedicurist was Alyssa. This was the BEST pedicure I have ever had. I’m use to my feet still having dry skin on it. And my feet aren’t bad at all. She checked for softness. She took her time. My feet were soft and polish was beautiful. My experience was so spa like that I was getting sleepy I was so relaxed and I ended up falling asleep at the very end lol. I got the deluxe spa pedicure. I highly highly recommend!!!

Tracey was nice and skilled very detailed and neat with my design and color application. The shop’s decor is nice and elegant, the music was perfect and the complimentary wine set the tone for an enjoyable experience. Tons of colors to select from as well.
