Staff were very sweet but me and my sister in law went In to get our brows waxed and I got a pedicure. My sister in law showed a employee a picture of how she wanted her brows and she did not get the look she asked for and when my sister in law asked for it to be fixed with waxed the employee denied and insisted to pluck them , which my sister in-law did not want . After my pedicure was done the lady doin my nails applied gel without drying them which caused my toenails to Mess up. I also got my eyebrows done and after minutes of leaving the shop my eyebrows were red and puffy with bumps all over which has never happened while getting my brows waxed . I'm usually one to give businesses good reviews but 1 star for Laura she's sweet.

I went in a couple days ago, I called & was lucky enough to get an appointment within a 15min time frame.
I got a pedicure by Kim, who was really sweet & did a really great job with a little foot rub & I really enjoyed her.
I'm giving it a 3 stars because Jenny, who did my nails. She just lacked basic customer service skills. Which is a big factor to me. I'm fine not talking while getting my nails done, but she just seemed like she was rushing to get me out of there. I honestly felt like she beat my finger nails up during the buffering part. & when she was done, she just got up & walked away. I didn't even know what was going on.
I still tipped her good, because you NEVER know who you are going to get. But you need to treat every one with a 5 star attitude. She missed out on a good client.
With that being said, the nails do look good. But I'll probably try someone else, or the location in boynton!

The only person that was ever good with nails, was Maria. Who currently works at a different salon in boca (if you want the info, let me know). This place does great pedicures but it’s sad to see their best nail tech go :/

Been here a few times. Never had a bad experience. Always clean, friendly staff, I use Kevin. He was great. I have short nails, and he’s able to work with what I’ve got and make them look great.

They force you to wear masks still 6/09/2021. They’re rude about it. I was drinking a soda and he told me I had to keep it in. I explained I’m drinking my soda he didn’t care. The lady next to me got up and left and said she will not be back . Sorry, too many businesses to support. They also make you wait 45 minutes even when u make an appointment. I love supporting businesses but can’t support one who is more worried about masks then keeping appointments.
