The young lady that does my pedicure is real nice and friendly. She takes her time and make sure my needs are met. Her name is Ann, but her co-workers always stare and they be talking about customers but isn't that what the Nail spa is for, to come and get pampered. I really wish some other races open up their nail business so people could feel more comfortable. Thank God my feet and hands are great!!! The price should match the Service, which should be Excellent quality, patience and kindness!!!!

Kim was so awesome. She was sweet and professional. She took my nails off and introduced me to dip powder. The place was busy but everyone was friendly. If you all need a good tech I would recommend Kim. I will be back .

This place has been my go to since I moved to the area. Lynn & Tina have done my nails and toes many times and are fabulous. I went in this weekend for manicure & pedicure. Another lady did the service, it was horrible. I was so disappointed. The polish on my toes look good but that is the best thing I can say about any of it. The location is great and the salon is clean but the experience varies based on the person.

Sad that I have to write this post but I just had the most unprofessional experience there. I scheduled an appointment with Lynn on Friday at 9:45 for a fill-in. I made the appointment that Monday prior. I show up to my appointment on time and was seated by another young lady that checked me in. I’m sitting there waiting at least 5 minutes for Lynn to grab her stuff. Another woman walks in and claims to have an appointment with her and called just the day before for the same appointment time 9:45. The other lady seems to get upset and they ask me to come back. That’s ridiculous!!!!!! I scheduled several days in advance and because you don’t want to upset this other lady or lose money you ask me to come back. Very upsetting. I’m truly upset because I have a wedding that I’m in tomorrow and it’s stressful when I’ve called and scheduled prior. I will never be going here again! I would never to do that anyone that’s scheduled prior. Y’all have got to do better. Very disappointed!

Got a gel manicure & they took the time to do it right. From putting on my polish carefully to shaping my nails square just like I had asked.
The decor in there is classy & bright too, that was a nice touch 🤩
