Believe it or not I just had my nails done Saturday 7/7/18. The nail tech drilled my fingers, one to the point that it started to bleed. I asked to have my nails cut down a little, she cut them down lower than I wanted , and there all different lengths. Then she slapped the polish on, it looked very messy, and my nails were not shaped. I informed the tech I was not happy with my nails and that she made my fingers bleed. She was very unapologetic and advise me to come back during the week when they are less busy and she will fix my nails. I waited before I posted this review to talk to the owner Tina because she and her sister Vivian is why I frequent this establishment. Unfortunately I informed her of my injuries and displeasure with my nails. To my surprise Tina was very unempathetic and unapologetic. Tina also offered to fix my nails but it would be an additional charge. Needless to say I will never be patronizing XOXO NAILS again!!!

I generally never write bad reviews. Today I am pissed tfo. I got here at 930 making sure I had plenty of time. I often get here late and service is always on point. Today however it was quantity over quality. Pedicure and nails my usual. Pedicure started great but due to lack of employees my services became rushed. Then because you didn't want to lose a customer you asked if someone could go before me. Nope I was here first extra early I might add. Got the pedicure & rush job dip nails provided by Selena. When I say rush I do mean RUSHED. I even told her I don't think they look like the sample. "Girl" I'm not finished she said. As she proceeded to finish I still said I didn't like them. She said it wasn't her fault it was the powder. I still paid but Tina when you return please fix your employees attitude and "Girl" Selena no tip. I am a grown ass woman not your friend. MA'AM is my name and you will never get my services again.

Sunday was busier than I thought so my Pedicure took about an hour. Need more polish choices. Location seems new so atmosphere was tranquil and clean.

I wouldn't rate a one if I didn't have to. Fraudulent people who take advantage of teenagers, make up the prices in their head while having a price guide that states differently. The price was 35.00 for a fill in and one nail replacement. It's not even nice enough to think their worth that price. One woman yelled don't be mad at me after an hour wait and she took another customer before my daughter. That customer walked out and said nevermind because of it.This shop is a disgrace to Madison and makes the town look even more bad.

I gave this place a few tries and my experience/observation is...
1.They don't follow the prices on thier service list
2. The lady nail tech with the glasses is rude, doesn't listen to instructions, and drills too hard on your real nails.
3. They push you to get gel to upcharge you on services when the regular paint is just fine on toes and acrylic.
4. They factor thier own tips into thier made up prices for you.
5. They are often late with horrible customer service to teens and the African-American women.
If your looking for a pleasant experience and quality customer service, just don't waist your valuable time and money here. The one star is for the nice fellas that work there.
