Came to San Francisco for a wedding and wanted a day spa day before the wedding. The receptionist worked to help me understand traffic and timeline (Bc there was a giants game) and worked with me so I could get a massage and a gel mani/pedi.
Great place. Great staff. Super friendly. Great service.

I was torn on going to Mizu after reading reviews and seeing prices. I bit the bullet and I’m glad I did!
Although they command a high price point, they provide value to warrant it. The environment was clean, relaxing, and the staff was perfectly friendly too.
I’ll be back!

Been getting my nails done here for years and they always do a stellar job. They also have a great selection of polish and a variety of services. The massage therapists are great too!

I absolutely loved the facial treatment with Roya. She is amazing and well qualified. The treatment lasted for about an hour which included deep cleansing, extraction, face pack and ozone zapping. At the end of the treatment, they provide a free sample suitable for your skin.
I have been a regular at Mizu spa and have gone through multiple treatments. Mizu Spa is a bit pricey but they have succeeded in delivering high quality experience everytime.
My only complaint is that they give you a call rather than a text message to confirm the appointment and i almost always end up missing the call. And it is difficult to reschedule because they get booked pretty fast. It would be very convienent if they could have an online scheduling and reminder system.

The atmosphere is nice. I can usually get in same day. Super expensive $85 not including tip for a gel mani and classic pedi. I’m not a big fan of the chairs. The chairs don’t recline or massage you so I can’t adjust my legs and it feels cramped sometimes. No TVs or phones are used which is kind of relaxing. Technicians do a great job. They are very gentle which is nice. I only go here if other places are booked.
