I was here with my daughter for pedicure and dipped nails for both of us. I think my nails look alright but I was very disappointed with my daughter’s dipped nails. She said she hated them as soon as we walked out. Her nails look at least 2 or 3 times thicker than mine and look so artificial for a little girl. The only reason I went for this kind is I heard they last longer. On top of that I was billed wrongly the first 2 times and when I asked to see the bill the third time the cashier got irritated with me. If I am paying that much amount for the services I would expect to be billed correctly and there is nothing wrong in making sure. It’s an unanimous decision for me and my daughter to not go there any more.

This was my second time at Verona Nail Spa.. Customer service is AMAZING! Tom was great, he did my NexGen nails so great. I'm very picky about my nails but he made sure I liked them at every step. A nice lady did my pedicure which was great as well. But I definitely will new returning and scheduling with Tom!

I just left Verona Nails and Spa it was my first time! I got new Nex Gen and Deluxe pedicure and the ladies were wonderful did a great job and were fast!! I am so happy how my nails look and grateful there are great people who do amazing work and should be praised! It my new nail salon and I will definitely be back!!

Only reason I gave this place 2 stars is because I really like the color the girl who did my nails recommended. Other than that I was very disappointed. First I had to wait for over 30 minutes. When I told them I need to get pedicure the owner told her assistant to only on paint because they were done by one technician. I wasn’t asking for free so it’s not my problem that they are down technician. When the assistant looked at my toe nails she stated “it looks good”. When I did my toes over 2 weeks ago at home. I told her I’m going out of country and all I want is pedicure but you cannot do that then just change the color so I don’t have blue on my hand and nude on my toes. I have been going to this place for over an year now and the lady who I believe owns this salon pretends like she has never seen me coming to this place before. Ohh and on top of that they cut me on multiple fingers and the lady kept on asking me about sweaty hand and if I take any medicine for this. This was truly health related question that she should not be asking. I felt offended and uncomfortable because of my health condition. I would never recommend this salon to anyone nor I will ever go to this place again.

Very clean and sweet people, service is wonderful how ever the actual work on the nails you could get better quality somewhere else. They don’t apply the nails far enough back so I’m on my second day with these one ans they look already fully grown out as if I’ve had them on for a month. Also i got chrome ($60) and it has already chipped in these two days. Over priced for low quality, but good service
