Herbal Nails staff is always friendly and they offer high quality nail care! This is the best and most enjoyable pedicure I’ve ever received and at a reasonable price. I go back every month. They’re always busy, so calling ahead is the best way to guarantee you can get in. 5 stars!

Only went here because Lucky Nails in Pace was moving. I waited about 45 minutes to finally be seated so definitely make an appointment online if you can. Got a Shellac gel color change and 4 of my nails peeled off in one piece within 8 hours after getting them done!! Rated 3 stars because when i went back the next day i was seated within 10 minutes and fixed them for free and they lasted a little longer this time but are still chipping only 3 days later. Overall very clean place, pedicures look nice and would return if I needed to again.

I've been coming here for almost 2 years and typically have enjoyed my experiences there. The last few months have caused me to rethink whether or not I will continue to schedule appointments. My last 4 or 5 visits have all been by appointment. I have waited no less than 20 minutes for each appointment. I waited 45 minutes for my last appointment. While I waited, I watched 3 people who came in after me and my scheduled appointment, all be seated before me. One of these customers was a walk-in. Hopefully, they can work out their issues, but I will not be back for the immediate future.

Have had mediocre experiences here. Last time, the guy said he couldn't really paint my nails well because they are too curved. I do not even have a pronounced c curve. Dip makes nails much more curved than my nails. I feel unimportant compared to other customers because I have natural nails. I guess if I were paying more I would be more important. Not planning on going back any time soon.

I have always had a great experience at Herbal Nails. The staff is always friendly and they are very quick to serve me. I know that I will always have a high quality Manicure/Pedicure when I go here making it my regular spot for pedicures!
