Kenny did my pedicure and manicure which is awesome the girl that did my waxing of upper lip and eyebrows I don't think was experienced she left a lot of residue not sure if I like how much she took off my eyebrows it was only supposed to be a clean up I might go back nice place inside

When arriving I was told the wait was 30 minutes. Two hours later I was still waiting to be seen. Once it was my turn I began with a pedicure, which ended with me having cuts all over my feet from the guy scrubbing my feet too hard and my nails being cut way to short after asking them not to. I received my manicure from a different person who wasn’t able to complete the job because he wasnt confident with completing a simple design on my nails. I was referred to the owner to complete the design. She was upset that she had to stop what she was doing and instead of being upset with the employee who couldn’t complete his job, she became upset with me and began to speak badly about me in her native language. I questioned her proffesionalism and she bang to yell at me like a child,in front of other customers and told me I was wasting her time. I couldn’t believe her attitude and swore never to come back. She didn’t apologize and insisted she didn’t care if I ever came back. Worst experience ever! Needless to say my nails looked terrible and my feet hurt so bad from the cuts. I hope this place closes down!

I will never go back. In the last week I had to go back twice because the top coat of my dip polish peeled 6 days after they applied it. Told me 30 minutes I was there
1 1/2 hours and they still did not get to me. I walked out. I was there the first day they opened appeared very nice but as their business grows the service quality goes down. Also a lot of attitude to walk in when they are busy. Decor is beautiful to bad the service doesn't match.

This was the WORST experience I had ever had while getting my nails done. The staff was extremely rude and my nails weren’t done well. My pedicure was horrible, and I got a dip manicure and 2 of my nails fell off in 2 days. I would not recommend anyone going here. It’s a waste of time and money. I paid $60 for a dip manicure and pedicure that I could’ve done better myself. I will NEVER go back and will not be recommending anyone to go here.

The place is lovely - love the chandeliers!! The service is cordial. Kim did a great job. My mani/pedi lasted a long time. Me and my 3 daughters have been several times and experience has been nice.
