Hello, I'm Pam and I attend Ravenscroft. I am also the stylist that Ms. Betsy was referring to in her review. I enjoyed meeting Ms. Betsy and her daughter when they visited the school. I am very shy when I meet new people and that is something that I am working on. I was very polite to Ms. Betsy and her child and ensured that I did a great job on her daughter's hair and gave her helpful tips to maintain her hair. Beauty is my passion and doing hair comforts me so I apologize if I don't talk a lot while doing hair. I love Ravenscroft, all my clients, and the ladies that I work with everyday. Horrible! They treat their students horribly and seem to be racist. Avoid at all cost. They should be investigated for fraud!

I went into to get a cut and a perm, not a Spiral perm, but loose curls some to add body to my hair. Not what I got at all my ends are horrible they are fried!! She didn't do anything that I wanted. My hair looks awful! I called to get back in the next day, and whomever answered was rude and said they have nothing open call next week! Ummm no I will be there tomorrow! Worst experience ever I am in tears writing this I have a professional job I can't go to work with this hair!

Each of us got a 1 hour Swedish massage and loved every minute of it. Both ladies were very nice and respected the fact that we asked for no talking. They worked on areas of complaint for longer periods of time and used the essential oils we requested. One of them even told us how to prevent our skin from getting red after shaving and it was a $2 fix of sunflower oil prep!I️ will schedule other procedures and will again schedule Swedish massages!!!

Tried to call this morning to cancel and reschedule my appointment. I was asked if I could hold and I said yes and was put on hold. 5 minutes later I hung up and called back only for whoever answered the phone again asked if I could hold except this time I wasn't giving a second to answer and was put on hold. I hung up and she did it again. I hung up and called back and immediately said no and she said sorry and put me on hold again. Needless to say I didn't call back and could care less if I canceled my appointment. I have went to Ravenscroft for 40+ years and this place is not the same as it used to be for sure. Wth happened to common curiosity and customer service....... SMH
