Visited 3 times first time was with my daughter and we had an amazing g experience after being referred to the establishment by my dear friend. Second time I went alone and the experience was great as well. The 3rd time will also be my last time. Took my daughter again for our monthly mother-daughter pedicures and was informed that I now had to pay for her as an adult because she wasn’t under 4ft. I couldn’t understand what her height had to do with her being a 9 year old child. So as to not disappointment my daughter and struggle with the long wait at another salon we went ahead and agreed to have them do it. What a mistake. I got shellac and my daughter got regular polish her technician was sweet and did her toes beautifully. As for mine she had to redo 4 toes after having me go under the UV light them dry and after inspection realized they weren’t coated properly. She shaped one big toe round after cutting it down too much and the other square which is what I requested. Shellac still not done properly on big toe but couldn’t return after realizing the error because we left out of state the next day. My experience may not be yours but this was mine and I just won’t patronize again.

This place is really nice. They are very efficient and customer oriented. The offer drinks while you are using their services. James does dip and acrylic. My wife said out of all the times she has dip done, he was the best and I agree with him. It is on the pricier side though so just be aware of it.

Do NOT go here! The owner has terrible customer service and obviously does not care if his customers leave happy. We had been loyal customers here for YEARS! We never complained loudly, left bad reviews or asked for our money back once. We simply would ask our nail techs to fix any minor issues we had prior to leaving. We always tipped and were always friendly. Today, I asked for them to file my nail (middle finger, you can see the part I’m talking about in the photo attached) a little more prior to leaving and the owner told me not to come back, that he had the right to refuse service to anyone. I was shocked. He kept saying he hoped I understood, but I honestly don’t. We are not mean or ugly people, and when paying for a service, you should leave happy and be able to voice if something isn’t right. I will happily take my money somewhere else.

My favorite nail shop! They are very fast. Its best to book an appointment in advance so you won't have to wait. Very affordable prices!

I was referred to this place, I signed in waited more than 30 minutes only for someone else to walk in sign in and was seen before me. Finally someone came over to tell me to have a seat where someone was suppose to do my nails, I waited and waited, finally I got up and left. It appeared to me that if you are not a regular, then screw you!!.. I will "NEVER" go back this place again, besides the parking is terrible.
