I had an appointment for 10:30 and am still waiting for someone to fill up the tub of water. This place seems disorganized and overbooked. Several ladies seem to have had the same appointment time. I’m leaving and going to Leann’s Nails by Dunkin Donuts as recommended in other reviews. I won’t be going back. Apparently, I’m not a regular.

Diva Nails is the best!!! Tracey does my nails and pedi. She is so nice and does a wonderful job. Tina and Tony (owners) make you feel very special when you walk in the door. Huang is always there to make you smile. The Salon is beautiful and very clean. I recommend Diva Nails highly.

My fiancé and I went here to celebrate from his trip back home with a little pampering. We just moved to the area and this would be my third time here. I’ve only ever done my nails but we both got regular pedicures. Both nail techs did a terrible job with our pedicures. They did not scrub our feet thoroughly, did not add soap to the water, did not massage, did not buff, the tech almost made me bleed by cutting my big side toe tail too deep, and I got my acrylics removed (which they did in an odd process) then she didn’t even buff out the arcylic that was still left underneath my nail?! She told me to wash my hands in the pedicure tub??? I left with dry crust underneath my nail. These are only a few examples of what went wrong. This place is terrible and has terrible service. They then asked about the tip in cash after the fact that they already swiped my card (strange). Overall, worst experience ever both the both of us and a waste of $60.00.

I’m really surprised this place has so many negative reviews. For $25 it’s the best pedicure I’ve ever had and I’m used to going to higher end places. What’s really impressive is the nail polish lasted so long without chipping. It’s been over a month and my polish still looks great. This will be my new go to!
