I am in love! I always have issues with other shops when I try to get coffin nails, or ombre nails, but Queen Nail Spa got it perfect. I'm so happy with my nails. The service was great and the tech that did my set was very nice. I will continue to go there until I leave El Paso.

So far the best acrylic nails I've gotten a Lil pricey but worth it. People are not rude to my view point

My grandma took me for a pedicure, which I enjoyed. Additionally, I was upsold a manicure for $18. I got the same paint on my fingers but the application was sloppy (you can see the layers applied because every layer after the first wasn't applied with precision/thorough coverage, a couple of nicks/impressions from the techs' fingers), which is fine. Unfortunately the manicure chipped before the end of the day. What finally prompted me to write this negative review are all of the snags that have happened to my fingernails and cuticles this past week--just little bits peeling and catching on my hair or clothes (which was not happening before the mani). So just invest in a good base and top coat, hunker down and file your own nails, push your own cuticles and enjoy a personal job well done over an $18 mediocre mani.

Can't complain. They have done my nails the best and my nails don't start coming off after 4 days. It is time consuming but worth the wait to get full sets or fill ins.
