Rushed Service even as an appointment. I had to point out spots missed on my nails.
(Dip Powder) and the clear polish brush left streaks and they said it’d be fine and wouldn’t fix it.
Got my nails done in the dip powder exactly 8 days ago and the dip powder is already chipping off.
Other locations I’ve had dip last 5 weeks before it started chipping.
Poor quality products and poor service.
The owner responded that they would make it right... that’s what they said 3 days ago... I took work off to get this readdressed and was told that they actually WOULD NOT fix the nails that were poorly done because there were “too many” which goes to show their craftsmanship... AND would not give me any actual discount to just have them all redone to look unison. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
The staff today would not point me to the store manager or the owner whom I asked to talked to multiple times because of the response I received saying they’d fix it... instead they brushed me over saying there’s nothing they could do unless I paid $40 to have them fixed which full price is $45. AFTER 8 DAYS OF IT BEING DONE.
Also on the phone Macy told me they have this issue a lot with their dip services and will gladly redo the nails that were messed up. SHE WAS THERE TODAY AND WOULD NOT HELP EITHER.

Came in for a gel manicure and a signature spa pedicure. Jessica was my nail tech and she was amazing! My nails look fantastic and the sugar scrub and lotion massages were great. Also one of the nicest, cleanest salons I’ve been to in a long time. The Champaign was a nice touch as well!

I had a lovely experience at Zen Nail Spa, Amy gave me a gel manicure and pedicure. She was friendly and detail oriented. I love my nails and the shape and had a very nice time there!

The atmosphere is awesome here. Very classy salon with EXCELLENT customer service. Heidi did my nails and they are beautiful.

I was excited to go to Zen for my first time and check out the new salon. After my friend and I checked in for our appointment the gentleman at the front told us that they were running late. They eventually had us sit down in the pedicure chairs and the nail tech started on me not long after, however my friend had to wait another 20 minutes for someone to come to her. At this point it was 2:30pm and our appt. was scheduled for 2pm. Once it was time to pay I handed the lady who gave me my pedicure a 20% coupon that I had picked up a few weeks prior when we were walking by. This is one of the reasons my friend and I thought we would check out Zen. I was then informed by the tech that the coupon was no good and it had expired, however there was no expiration date next to where it should have been filled out. The nail tech still refused to honor the 20% off. I decided to let it go, but then as I was waiting well past my pedicure for my friends to be over, the same nail tech came over to me and said she forgot to charge me tax. She demanded that I pay her the remaining $2. Now normally I wouldn't have mind, but first they wouldn't honor the 20% coupon and now she demanded I pay $2, which was her oversight. If I had left right away after I was done with my pedicure, she would have to had to just forget or write off the $2. I was highly disappointed with the customer service at Zen and I do NOT recommend anyone going there. It's all about how you treat the customer and clearly Zen did not get the message. Before I left I did try and speak with the gentleman at the front, who I presume is the manager and he just smirked at me and didn't even offer to do anything or apologize. All he said was that the nail tech never asked him about the 20% off coupon. My last comment is that my friends nails were awful, her nail tech didn't cover the entire nail and the job was very uneven. At that point we both just wanted to get out of Zen and never return
