Came in today not recognizing they have shifted to appointment only. They took my temperature and asked me to wash my hands upon entry. I watched them wipe down everything which made me feel comfortable in this COVID environment. Luckily they were able to fit me in although I failed to schedule an appointment. I just wanted a pedicure ($35) with a hot rocks massage (+ $5). Initially someone else started on my feet but she had an appointment so they had Duke give my massage and paint my toes and for his first time he did good. I really enjoyed the massage, the honesty from him saying “it’s my first time and if you are unhappy, I will have someone help until you are happy with the work”, and the conversation we had. Really appreciate the customer service. Definitely have my service and will be sure to schedule an appointment in the future.

I had a mixed experience. I enjoyed the service they were very kind, however, their work was sloppy. One person did my pedicure and another did my hands.
At first glance it looks like they did a great job until you look closer. It was my 40th birthday and I asked to have 40 put on my nails. On one hand it says "40" on the other it says "04".
The acrylic is thick and was not filed down well. It's lumpy and uneven and can be felt when you rub your fingers over the nail.
I asked for an overlay but some of my nails aren't even so they needed to use a nail form to build the nail to the length of the others. At first they told me they didn't have any nail forms, then after discussing it amongst themselves in their language, pulled 1 out. Then she proceeded to use this "1" nail form on all of my nails that needed more length.
I enjoyed the spa treatment but the quality of their work was a C-.

Sophia did My pedicure it was great, super relaxing. I sincerely fell asleep. I hope I wasn't snoring but the staff was helpful, cordial, professional and friendly leading up to My services. I wasn't rushed, they explained everything on the menu with a full breakdown. I like it a lot and only been there once but I'm going to book again. Soon.

You guys always have great service, and of course that's due to the amazing staff. Friendly, kind, courteous, professional and most importantly relaxing.

Love going here. Hana ( my nail tech) and the rest of the staff are great. Friendly and they take their time with you. Service is not rushed
