I'm giving them one star...because there's not an option to give less. It was so unprofessional. Came in with a gift card. And they didn't have a card reader so they made me look in a "5 star notebook" looking up a number that I could barely read off the card. All while the owner was on the phone. Massage was pretty good. Pedicure was mediocre at best. But the end result completely negated the experience. The owner forced me to look through years of bookkeeping i.e. Notebooks listing card numbers out of order while not even trying to read the gift card I gave him. I will NEVER RETURN HERE. WORST SPA IVE EVER NEEN TOO. Regardless of the fact that I had a gift card. I'd rather pay the extra $200 to go to a real spa. Which I ended up doing ANYWAYS.

Absolutely horrible. Just look at the CT Judicial website to see cases filed against this salon. Two cases of burning/scarring girl's scalps beyond repair. The first case was awarded $50,000 in damages, and the second was awarded $89,000 in damages but the salon has NOT PAID A DIME! I am very close with the second girl who was scarred here... she will not EVER grow hair on the top of her head.

Absolutely horrible. I made an appt for my sister and myself, both for 2:30 PM on Sat, 2/7/2015. We arrived on time. We then waited for 20 minutes before someone brought us in. There was only 1 employee to take care of both of us. She was running around doing many things at once while doing a pedicure for me, and waxing and a manicure for my sister. We were there for 2 and 1/4 hours for my pedicure and my sister's lip and chin wax and manicure with a paraffin treatment. We had planned on an hour or so, and because they did not provide 2 concurrent appointments, we were late for the function that we were going to that evening. It was hectic and the furthest thing from a relaxing spa experience. There was loud rap music playing the whole time The women who was taking care of us made my sister dip her hands in the hot wax pot for the paraffin treatment. I have NEVER seen anyone do this before. My sister complained that it was too hot, but the woman didn't care. The absolute WORST spa experience I've ever had. I am going to dispute the bill. This place should be shut down by the health authorities.

Amazing! Been going there since I was 5 years old and they have always taken care of me no matter how ridiculous I have been!
