I have been treated abusively and rude by a few of the female nail techs. I had no problems with male techs there. The last two visits the female nail tech was extremely rough, insensitive and made me bleed. Her attitude was nasty. Also, my nails have never been so damaged from gel nails. This place does not care about customers only MONEY!! I won’t be back!!!

Been going here for about two years now. Professional environment and good prices, many options to choose from. My favorite nail salon!

Went there for a pedicure and was super disappointed. The woman rammed through the pedicure. She hurt me, trimmed my nails way too short (without asking), did a terrible job on the soles of my feet, and did a patchy job with my polish. Then she disappeared before I could ask her to fix it. I found her playing on her phone later.
I would not recommend this place.

I have been to this place 3 times. Each time I received a shellac mani and regular pedi. The first two times Quinn worked on my nails, she was wonderful and did a wonderful job. I highly highly recommend her.
I went 6 days ago, a taller gentleman (unfortunately, I don't have his name) worked on my nails. He was not neat with my manicure, getting the polish on my cuticles, this caused my manicure to start peeling away within a couple days. Every other time, here and else where, my shellac mani lasts 3 weeks, minimum.
It's my own fault for not waiting for Quinn to be available.
I saw some cuticle coverage while it was happening and didn't speak up. I blame myself.
And I tipped over 20%, because that's what I usually do, which maybe give this gentleman an idea that he's killing it in the shellac application game. He's not, he's failing miserably.

My sister recommended QQ Nail and Spa to me earlier this year when I was in need of salon for brows. Every staff member that has either done brows or nails for me is detail oriented and incredibly nice. They did a great job for my wedding as well! They are a 40 minute drive from where I am now but I make sure to plan their location in to my month so I can continue to use their amazing services.
