I absolutely love this place. They’re sooooo professional, the prices are reasonable. They also follow all CDC protocols. Jimmy is an EXCELLENT nail technician. This is my new nail salon.

You can easily book an appointment but the service isn't worth the prices they charge. I always go here for pedicures but the nail polish always comes off within a few days. And I always hear customers getting upset for being told one proce but when it's time to pay, they are charged a different amount.

Awful costumer service. Do not waste even your precious time to google their name I was there for manicure and told in 5 to 10 minutes my service will start.... but After more than 1 hour being there got frustrated and left their disrespectful so called VIP NAIL SPA without getting any service.... a lady came more than 15 minutes after me and had no appointments but got the service at her arrival, because she wanted Gel manicure and I wanted classic one...if someone wanted a classic manicure does not mean the client is poor...but their unprofessional behavior was shouting that!

I was looking for a place to get a pedicure with more of a spa atmosphere rather than a salon atmosphere and was very pleased. There was relaxing music playing instead of tv noise. The technician did a great job and the massage portion was longer than most places- worth the extra few bucks. Amazing selection of polish colors. Will be back. *edited to add I have never ever ever had ( pedicure) polish chip/come off to the extreme mine did from here. Next time I will select OPI or Essie brand and hope for better.

Place was REALLY clean, people were friendly, and my nails are AMAZING! Just moved out here from San a Diego, so glad to say I found my new go-to nail shop. Highly recommend and will be bringing my roommate from here on out. 😁
