I've been there three times now. My experiences have been mediocre, one has been below average. When they are busy, they forget about the current customers and try to impress the incoming customers. My cuticles on my toenails were never trimmed I was the last of three customers to receive attention and I was paying for the two before me.

Just had my nails done. I would have given no stars. I only got two coats of gel total and no clean up around the nails. My nails are not even and when i askes for a third coat if polish she ignored me. My lotion hand massage was a wipe on my forearms and none to my hands but the bill was a hefty $29.00 like i had had a decent manicure. My nails looked better before i went in. I wont make that mistake again!

Not bad, uploaded a video of my nails. He didn't let my thumb nail dry and added more layers so now it's oozing green fingernail polish on my right hand and my "bad finger" on my left hand lol is all lumpy

Went today to get my gel manicure filled since it had been a few weeks. They were still attached fine and my nails were really long with a few weak spots so I like the extra strength the gel gave. Was told it would be $30 for a fill which it is elsewhere also so why not. I had purple French tips with glitter and they still looked close to new, thought I would just get a new top layer and filling at the cuticles. As I'm still trying to relay what I want and confirm that she understands the tech proceded to take off all of the gel manicure with the dremel so much so that she broke the tip of my nail where it was weak, which is why I wanted to keep the thick gel layer. When she broke it she tried to ask if I had tips on for the French manicure and I had to assure her several times it was my real nail. After filing all my gel off she paints on the "gel" polish I choose, which is a beautiful color, but cure times weren't consistent in between layers and it is literally just nail polish! I could've done my own nail polish at home. Not even 2 hours after wearing this nail polish my nail that she chipped has chipped worse and the polish is peeling up. She only charged me $20 but I'm going have to pay more in the long run to go somewhere else to get what I want. The language barrier is a serious problem here, and not being able to get what you want because your not understood isn't what I want to pay for.
UPDATE: it's been 2 days and now I have 2 broken nails. Thank you so much Cobe Nails for RUINING my beautiful natural nails!
