Been going here for over a year now and at first LOVED this salon, unfortunately like the other reviews stated the service has declined. My nails are never consistent. I was a regular (every 3 weeks). Last straw was 9/29 (my birthday) when I came in for a pedicure and dip manicure. Received the pedicure which was wonderful. I was then told "we're busy right now we cannot do your nail". I almost felt like a bother for wanting my nails done. Another nail tech was nice enough to say he would do it when he was finished. However, an appointment walked in and while I was there for 1.5 hour + they took the appointment after promising to do my nails. I left and never will return. If you are short staffed do not add more pressure on yourself by scheduling a bunch of appointments. If thats the case, make it appointments only and no walk ins.

I thought Tianna has been the best so far of anyone, she was very consciences about what she was doing, don't let her go.

I've lived in the Lowcountry for over ten years and this is my favorite nail salon by far. I always get the best manicure here and the facility is always extremely clean. Highly recommend!

Very good place to sit and relax. People are very calming and understanding about what u want and need

Always get great service every time. If there is ever an issue it is fixed quickly. Definately our go to on the island.
