Not clean. Technicians poor attitude. Manager unapologetic after using a large already dirty nail file to hold down tip money- of the male older guy Technician. No license displayed that I could see. I had to demand a clean freshly autoclaved nail kit, and clean file. And the Manager became agitated and defensive about my request. Ridiculous and blatantly disrespectful. As you can see in the photo the older man technician (he never introduced himself) caused an abrasion to my cuticles even after I protested he still was too rough. Today 24 hours later all my cuticles are still feeling painful and stinging. This was my 2nd visit and the manager Ben did my manicure the 1st time. Everything went fine with the first visit. But the 2nd visit yesterday was horrible. Not relaxing. It’s seems she just pulled this guy off the street and trained him on the jobs. Last time I’m going there. Hopefully Ben will clean up her act before someone calls the state of Florida Dept of Health concerning the obvious violations. And not displaying of the Licensing.

Wonderful nail salon with the most attentive staff. Everyone in here is great to be honest. My go-to is Nancy. She is absolutely amazing and Van is amazing as well. Very sweet and just a great atmosphere. They have complimentary drinks and may I suggest the coffee (it is delicious). I won’t go anywhere else. I highly recommend Number 1 Nails.

Unfortunately I had the most painful pedicure experience.. the guy dipped too deep when cleaning that irritated them and it hurt so much the next day that I went to my regular place to see if they can do something. I didn’t even want to give this place a chance to fix whatever they did wrong , it didn’t want to get it worse. My regular place (that is closed on Sunday when I needed the pedicure) said it was infected and I need antibiotics and see a podologist . I was lucky enough to get an appointment with a podologist on Monday afternoon and they gave me oral and topic antibiotics.. thanks to that I could walk without pain by Wednesday. I don’t know if it is the lack of professionalism or expertise from the guy who performed the pedicure or the lack of sterilized instruments they use that caused this infection, but one thing for sure, I’m never going to go to this place again.

Horrible service. I’ve been going to this nail salon for the past 3-4 years and I will never step foot there again. The manager or owner was talking obnoxiously loud on the phone and wouldn’t hear me when i told her I wanted longer acrylic nails. When she finally heard me she yelled at me infront of all the customers.
If giving 0 stars was an option I would choose 0 stars.
My mom went a couple months ago and she got a foot infection after we watched the lady that did her nails use the same nail clipper that she used on the last person. For the sake of your health never go to this nail salon.

I used this place quite a few times, last two times was not great and especially the last time which was just terrible. I do powder manicures, they last typically 4 weeks or more. The last one I did lasted 3 days before it started chipping, I went back and they supposedly fixed the 2 nails. Well, it lasted another 4 days before same nails and other nails started chipping again. The powder completely peeled of my thumb and several more nails, as if did not properly adhere. I never had this problem before, and I have been doing powder for over 2 years now. It has not even lasted 2 weeks! they also grind too much into nails, leaving nails very thin and damaged. I have good nails, and feel that they have been damaged in addition to the bad powder job. I paid $50 for service +$10 tip. A lot for a bad service. Very disappointed, I would like them to reimburse all my expenses, the least they can do
