I usually don’t write reviews but I was highly disappointed in this business. I booked a Gel-x extension service with removal and I called to make sure that I could get my acrylic removed. No answer, which is fine. I get a call back while I’m at work 2.5 hours before my appointment explaining to me that it was a $30 charge to remove acrylic. LITERALLY THE MOST EXPENSIVE I’VE EVER HEARD IN MY LIFE. I then alerted the employee I would be over for my appointment after I go to my usual salon to take the acrylic off for 5 bucks. I get to the salon and I was about 25 mins late. I was told I couldn’t be seen, which is also fine because there are like a million nail salons in Lubbock. I leave the salon and my card is charged $78! The reason being is because I was a no-show. I spoke to the manager and tried to compromise but I was offered $32 back. I was genuinely disgusted because you get back to me so late and still penalized after I told you the situation. I’ll definitely steering clear of this salon. The only good thing to come of this is I found a better nail shop 4 mins away 10/10 would recommend: BLISS NAIL SPA

Several of my friends have gone to this nail salon trying to opt for a more luxury experience and they were scammed out of their money. After making a reservation online they were REFUSED service and then charged a CANCELATION FEE. They were neither late, nor did they cancel. I'm not sure if it was because of the color of their skin but once is a outlier more than that is a pattern. In this day and age you just expect better than this.

I booked my appointment the day before getting my manicure. I was greeted at the front desk by name by the most stylish lady I’ve seen in a while. She was super sweet and respectful. My nail artist was hands down amazing Borgan. The place was impressively clean and didn’t have a awful nail place smell! I enjoyed my glass of wine as Borgan did her magic. I definitely will be back soon. Great place book your appointment now!

Friendly staff, clean and professional facility. They did a great job making me and my girls feel relaxed. Our nails look amazing!
