I got a dip done after being pressured to. I got my nails and toes done. Plus my eyebrows waxed. I tipped everyone well and my nails came off at most 6 days later. They came off while I was doing dishes and folding laundry. Thats so sad! Imagine if I actually had the chance to wear them at work. I've had lots of pedicures before and this was by far the shortest and worst one I have ever had. I didn't want to go back because why would I? But my husband called and the guy said he would make it right but it had to be at a later date. So I called today and said they can get me in but I need to pay full price. Why would I give them another chance to waste well over $100 of mine? They lost a good customer today.

I always enjoy a day here with Jason and Vanessa. I appreciate the extra sanitation precautions they take especially in the era of Covid. Might take a little longer but that's fine with me.

Make sure you ASKED for the Full Cost of services BEFORE getting anything done. Don't ASSUME the prices that are posted are what you will pay. We found out the hard way and they over charged us BIG TIME!
Person 1 - 1 set of acrylic nails with basic pedicure = $98!!!!
Person 2 - A mani & pedi (posted price $48) she charged me $79!!!
Total costs = $177!!
We will NOT be returning to a Business who operates so Shady!

The one lady was on her phone while doing my nails, on and off and wasn’t really paying attention to what she was doing.

If I could give 5+ stars I would. I have been going to VIP nails for the last 5 years. I REFUSE to go anywhere else. Jason and Venessa always do whatever they can to ensure I leave happy. They even treat me like family and consider them to be apart of mine. Jason (the owner) goes above and beyond with scheduling appointments, building value with his customers, giving quality service, and top notch nails. I have recommended tens if not hundreds of my friends and family. Hell, I have people messaging me asking where I go due to my nails always looking fabulous. Need I say more?
