Very disappointed. I paid $82 for a dip manicure and a pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but the dip manicure was not good. I asked for almond shape (my nails are long enough to do it) and the nail tech said she wasn’t sure if she would be able to. My nail shape was not filed well and several were not even rounded but were jagged. Previous experience with dip usually lasts me 3-4 weeks and I already have one nail chipping after 1 and a half weeks.
Also we went for my best friends wedding and she wanted a manicure and said that initially at the front desk but her nail tech didn’t even ask or confirm and only did her nails, not even trimming her cuticles. Although she was only charged for dip and not the manicure, she was disappointed because she wanted the full experience for her wedding. The lady at the desk hardly apologized and didn’t offer a discount or anything for next time. We will not be returning.

Visit this place for the first time for a pedicure. it was very clean. The lady that did my feet was amazing. Great atmosphere!

WORST NAIL EXPERIENCE THAT MIGHT LEAD TO A HOSPITAL TRIP! I have gone here multiple times and the first 2 experiences were great and this last experience was just horrible. The nail tech, Ann, ripped a nail off when she pulled off a fake nail and my finger immediately started bleeding. Then, right after she didn't put anything antibacterial on or cover with a bandaid. SHE GLUED A NAIL TO IT TO STOP THE BLEEDING. She didn't change any of her files and didnt clean her bush either. Before or after using it on my BLEEDING FINGER. She told me to come back when it heals, but it's not going to heal properly anf she cant take the nail off bc she glued it to the open wound. She cute my hands 5 times with the files, electrical and a basic nail file. She waited till the very end to put neosporin on it after she put acrylic and the nail on it. Also, I told her I wanted coffin shape and she did square and when I told her I asked for coffin she asked me if I changed my mind. Like... no. I told her coffin. She filed UNDER the side of my thumb nail, which is something they have done before and every time it leaves my finger sore and hurting until it grows out. Which for me takes about 3 weeks. They did not offer a discount. I had to pay $62 for it. I ended up going back and getting a $30 gift card when I asked for a refund and I am currently trying to sell it. I have pictures that I am going to post later. She did not want me taking pictures of anything while she was in the process. If it gets infected (it probably will bc it's still red and swelling) I will go to the hospital.

This nail salon, truly was not the spa experience you pay for. I was so disappointed in the quality of service. First off they rushed my treatment. Secondly, they were so upset I did not want to do the treatment they wanted. After I explained why I wanted polish only they were rude and had such an awful attitude with me the rest of the time. The spa itself is beautiful but I unfortunately will not be going there again.
