I’m absolutely in love with the nails I got, their service is great as well! I wrote an email stating how I had social anxiety and I was able to show a picture of what I wanted and the lady at the front desk past the message on and there was very minimal interaction which made me feel extremely comfortable. I’m very satisfied with the nails and the customer service:)

The lady who did my nails did a really good job with the design. They were a little more expensive then I expected but definitely worth it. After 2 weeks, there was some lifting on my pinkies which resulted in some cracks in my natural nail bed. When I removed the acrylics, there was no damage(besides the pinkies) or sensitivity to my natural nail beds.

They are the best salon , I have been going there for a couple of years now and they are always so welcoming, understand and nice. My nails are always done to perfection. They have an amazing team. Very clean and organized. My favorite nail salon in Montreal 💙I have been to many salons and nothing beats dolly swan 🦢

I want in for a gel overlay on Sunday and unfortunately by Monday the nail was already peeling. I called them and they were courteous in trying to fix it which I do appreciate. However Wednesday I went to get my nail fixed it is now Friday and the same thing happened. Their customer service is good but the quality of the polish not great especially for the price their charging.

I got an appointment, me and my friend to get our nails done together. Today, someone from the salon called us screaming at us for doing something wrong apparently we did something wrong while taking the appointment. She was very rude and mean and when we confronted her about being rude, she said that she was doing her job. Clearly, she did not need to be so rude to us, she could have easily explained what was wrong but instead she lost us as clients. We decided to cancel the appointment and get our nails done some place else.
