I’ve been twice- one time for a pedicure and the other for a set of acrylics. The pedicure was extremely quick, less than 20 minutes, but there was minimal massage. The polish came off within days. They didn’t use a base coat either, which all nail technicians are supposed to do when polishing. They put hot towels on your legs which is ideally nice, but they were burning hot. It wasn’t relaxing. Then I came back for my nails to see how they do. Well, that was AWFUL. I started off with one nail tech and then without my permission she picks up my purse and moves me to another nail tech. No explanation. I was charged $40 when I was expecting to pay $25 as the sign says. I had to pay an extra $5 for coffin shape - which came out as square 😠. Then then I had to pay an extra $10 for wanting them long. I have my cosmetology license and they were many things done wrong here and it was frustrating to watch. The acrylic was sloppy, lots of lumps and was under my nails. She injured 3 of my fingers and was very rough. The polish was sloppy as well. I will never be going back again. They don’t care about quality, their goal is to get you in and out and charge you as much as possible.

Love, love, love this place! They always do a great job & I always leave satisfied with whatever I got done. They do stay pretty busy tho so it's always good 2 make an appointment!

Just like any other nail shop when they get busy. They start to rush and mess up your nails. I will give it one more try and if I don't get what I pay for I will find another nail shop.

This place is not clean. They do not clean their pedi tools in between clients. Ive been twice in the last year and each time got an infection. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They were also busy and did not spend the time required for a quality pedi.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've gone there for years but in the last few months, their service has gotten worse and worse. Tonight, I actually had a tech roll his eyes when I asked him to even up my nail length. The left hand nails were longer than the right. There were other people there at the same time having the same issue. I'm done!
