The manager was nice enough to let me tailor my pedicure service due to a foot injury and also endured my feedback before leaving. The attention to detail by ladies was very good. They are all so nice and work hard.
Suggestions for next time: offer the complimentary drink at beginning, introduce yourself (I want to know your name for potential repeat service if you are good), hot towel for hands after shellac manicure to wipe away excess oils/products, & offer checking out while seated in pedicure chair as an option
Took off a star because was asked where I'm from then spoke only to each other in their language start to finish

The place was very clean, But I was told it was a 10 minute wait but took a hour. My sister and I had a exact photo references and Colors picked out. But the nail technicians changed our colors and completely messed up the shape. I had asked for a small delicate French tip but ended up getting half of my nail painted brown.

They were excellent. Helped me pick a color and then I was seen right away and their staff is super friendly

My sister, a friend and I were looking forward to a pedicure here. When we checked in we were told 10 minutes to go back. After 10 minutes they took us back, started the water and told us to sit. They said they would be right with us. We waited 25 minutes. 25 minutes for someone to show up for each of us. The water was cold and my sister was upset, so she got out but waited for me because I haven’t had a pedicure in a long time. Same with my friend. After 25 minutes, the lady came and gave me the worst pedicure. I asked her not to cut my toe nails short and she did. Then she dug in my toe nails which was painful. I told her and she responded “I need to clean it”. The massage was extremely poor. I figured maybe the massage would be good a bit longer since we waited so long but she was timing it and that’s fine because again it wasn’t good. And I asked her not to paint my toe nails because I was already so dissatisfied. I should have complained but we had a guest with us. I won’t be back.

Very beautiful salon. Everyone was very nice. My pedicure was awesome. I will definitely be back.
