I want to qualify the review by saying they do great work. The best. I set an appointment for 5p. I enter at 4:58 and no one greets me. I CHECK IN at the kiosk. I think, since I checked in, I don’t have to inquire about my appointment right? This is a business or so I thought. Someone else enters at 5:05 and they are a WALK IN. They are spoken to THREE times by TWO different people. Another customer is assisted and brought to the back. One more customer is checked in and spoken to. The walk in is brought to the back for service. I (admittedly aggressively) ask when I will be seen. Blank stare. I’m asked (incredulously) if I have an appointment. After saying yes, I’m told that she thought I was with someone else (sitting seats away and we’re both on our phones). Then, when I ask to speak to a manager the technician brings me back to the front and I’m told that “she’s dealing with a customer and on the phone and they can see me (so I can just go to the back)”. I was so upset I just walked out because I couldn’t relax. It’s my birthday. The reason why I hadn’t come since august 2020 is because it’s very clear that black patrons are treated differently than others. This is my third time; third person; and third experience. I’m saddened.

I went in on my lunch break and advised that I had very limited time. The ace was clean and most of the staff was nice and accommodating. I asked for an all white polish with a stroke down the side. I was advised that I would have to update you a shellac. I have worn only whit polish for 20 years and know that you can definitely use regular polish and a stripping brush. I owned a salon and did nails as well so I know that what they said made no sense, not to mention the amount of extra time that had to be spent curing in between layers The manager comes over and I tried to explain to her that what I wanted was simple and could infact be done...she told me w"well I'd better go and find somewhere to get it done...wow

i asked for the cute nails with the heart…but got this instead :/ i am very disappointed because i thought the service was going to be great due to all the positive reviews. the application was horrible, he left the acrylic bumpy since he seemed to be in a rush. i wish he would have told me from the start that he couldn’t do the design & would have given me to someone that did. he also cut me with the drill & the whole time i was sensing some passive aggressiveness from him. i didn’t feel comfortable & honestly i wish i would have spoken up & not have given him a tip 🤦🏽♀️ worst $89 spent

This was the most beautiful and professional nail salon I have ever visited. I am from Wisconsin and the level of service and courtesy was phenomenal. This is my new place, a place to enjoy and be pampered This is what a salon is supposed to be like. By the way all in the salon was so friendly and respectful. The Owner topped it off by being visible to the customers and checking on them awesome!

Extremely pricey, but recognize that you are paying for a glamorous atmosphere. The nail techs are hit and miss, but all of them are very kind. The 3 stars are only pertaining to the service provided, not the quality or atmosphere. Those are both five out of five stars
