My daughter and I came here for a pedicure together as a treat. She had a wonderful treatment with Sue, but I had half focused treatment with a guy that had died blond hair on top. He was more interested in what was going on in the shop and more interested in his phone. It really took away from my pedicure experience.
I had waited a long time for this and was disappointed of the experience I had.

Tracy,Tina, BAO, and there is one other woman I didn't get her name! They are great. I had to find a new nail place since my nail tech left and not sure where she went it's so hard to find good nail techs I would recommend BAO. Tracy is amazing with toes and waxing. Tina's very friendly great customer service I will definitely continue to use them

If I could give one star I would. I got a set of SNS dip nails with tips and 10 minutes after I left 2 of the broke off in my car. The way they were done were very thin, and the dip nails need to be done thicker so they don’t break. I didn’t even hit them on anything. When I came back to let them know to get them redone they looked at me like I had 3 heads and made me feel very uncomfortable, like they were annoyed I was there and were judging me. They told me they didn’t have any spots open, but they were accepting walk in’s. Not only that, but I had a coupon to use when paying which they didn’t accept even though it was not expired. Never going back.

Shelby and her husband did my nails! I love them. He was so gentle and precise. I fly out her to have them done as CA closed down for so long.

Pedicure was alright. Would have loved gel polish but they want $20 extra just for a gel finish... lol. Never have i ever been charged more then 5 or 10 extra for gel.. Will not be back
