My first time here and I had a very nice young lady who had very long eyelashes do my gel manicure with the cat eye affect. I chose 3 cat eye colors and told her to surprise me. From start to finish, the service was outstanding!! She individually wrapped each finger with aluminum foil and was very attentive to assure she made me feel nothing less than comfortable. Not to mention the color she picked out of the 3 was beautiful!!!! I didn’t get a chance to ask for her name but she sat in the front by the reception desk. I can’t wait to come back and have her pick all of my colors! One less worry I have LOL!

I came in to get an off white SNS manicure on my nails. The lady with blonde hair did my nails and a young lady with glasses did my feet. I loved that my manicurist spoke English so fluently! It’s nice being able to communicate effortlessly and having all the answers to any of my inquiries! It’s funny because I had an issue with my iCloud on My iPhone and she did not hesitate to help me! She not only did an amazing job on my nails and assisted with my technical difficulties, she even helped me put on my socks and shoes!! Thank you The Nail Lounge for going above and beyond. I would recommend to everyone

I used to love this place. But every since they opened back up, every month I have to explain how to do my nails. And, everytime it gets more expensive! I left today with my nails unfinished because they wanted to charge 5 more for this, 5 more for this,until it was 65.00. It made me mad that I had to pay $5 extra for natural shaped nails. I will not use this shop again, or recommend it!

This place used to be one of the best, now not so much at all. When I was there today for an eyebrow wax, I waited almost 30 minutes and didn't even get an apology. They were not busy at all hardly. While I was there I also saw multiple angry people and the ownerships responses to the situations were not very professional, yet they were quite rude. The front desk girl was polite but seemed very confused and sensitive. I don't think I will be returning. It was ridiculous waiting 30 minutes for a WAX.

My husband & I had a good experience here. The nail techs worked fast & did a very good job on our pedicures. They also did a great job on my eyebrows. Only downfall is they had no one available to do my eye lashes.
