Great Staff, Great Service.
Everyone in here is WONDERFUL. Always nice, accommodating, and patient. I’ve been to a lot of places where they don’t care enough about the quality of their work. But here, it’s their biggest priority! Anything I want, I get and they always do amazing! I’ve been coming since they opened and I will never go anywhere else!
I go here very often and have seen some of their worst customers, but they deal with them so professionally. If you have an issue, just speak up! If anything is wrong. These managers do an amazing job of keeping their workers in line and accommodating to the customers!

Went in today for the first time to get pedicure and eyebrows done. I choose to have a deluxe pedicure and a simple color that was $40, eyebrows was $10 but when I went to pay they charges charged me $70. When asked why the cost jump $20, the owner said the paint was gel but I told the woman I didn't want gel when she offered and because there was a line that the polish makes itself. He would only take off $5, even they told me $50 for pedicure and eyebrows. Receptionist was very nice and understanding, but there was nothing she could do but apologize. I will not be returning for any further services. First and last time experience!

I love going here!! Nick N. does a FANTASTIC job on my nails EVERY time! He’s patient, takes his time and is very respectful!! Easily one of the BEST nail techs in this area! Have him do your nails, you won’t be disappointed! 💅🏼

The service was great until when I went to get my full set done, the man who did my nails had an attitude because I did not want the shape of my nails square one and it almond shape. After After I return from washing my hands when he started to paint my nails he rushed through it and there’s parts of my nails look messy. When he took my card to To pay for the service, he snatch my card out of my hand. After that when I want to go dry my hands he sent me under the dryer and I was in there for 20 minutes before He even acknowledged that I was still sitting there. After that I walked out I will not come back to this nail store ever again just because that was poor service everything else about the store in the other workers in there were amazing but his attitude and the way he handled things maze made me not want to come back ever. he even acknowledged that I was still sitting there. These owners owned a previous establishment. I was a regular customer at the old place. When I found out they were moving, I quickly followed. It took several months for them to open the new place (new construction/new plaza) but I waited. I waited because in Crestview, this is the ONLY reputable/clean/friendly nail salon. I tried all the others. The owners (husband & wife) do nails as well and joke and speak to all the customers. They know many of them on a more personal level due to the number of months and even years they have been a servicing them at their salon. Its a relaxing, clean place that I LOVE being in. I don't even mind when I make an appointment and my nail tech is running behind. I don't mind waiting there AT ALL. This is how relaxing it is to be there. THIS is how a nail salon should make you feel. We all joke and laugh in this place and it feels comfortable. I feel pampered there and THIS is the way a nail salon should feel! Ask for Anthony...he does amazing work and is a great guy to top it all off!! LOVE THEM!
